Biography
I am thrilled to be back at Oakcliff for my second year! I completely fell head over heels in love with this school last year and cannot imagine being anywhere else. My passion is to introduce reading to children so that they enjoy it on their own, not to see it as a chore. I think it is important for our collection to reflect the interests and background of our students.
During my free time I like to visit Asheville, NC where my two grown children live and I love to travel with my husband. We spent our honeymoon in the Maritimes and Quebec City in Canada this past summer and we both absolutely loved it. We are planning to visit Oman within the next year. We have two spoiled black cats and love spending time with our friends.
