     I have been in education arena for 25 years; Twenty years as a certified teacher. I have taught grades Pre-K through fifth grade. I have also held many positions such as Reading Coach, Title 1 After School Coordinator, Grade Chair, Department Chair, ESOL Facilitator, Teacher Support Specialist/Coaching and Leadership Team. Teaching and Mentoring are dear in my heart.

Educational Philosophy

     My philosophy of education is that “Every Child Can Learn If Given The Opportunity”. I also believe that students are unique individuals and must be nurtured to grow mentally, emotionally, intellectually, socially, and physically. We must building bridges between homes, communities and schools to ensure that students will have a multitude of opportunities to foster a love for learning and be able to compete globally as a productive citizen of today’s society.
